Research SIG invites three Broker Voting Vendors to present
The last Research SIG  examined some of the more popular Broker Voting tools in the marketplace. Three vendors were invited in to present their products. The first was Meritmark, the offering from TheMarkets.com. Also present were Investars and Thomson Financial, who presented their Extel Broker Voting Tool. Whilst it was concluded that Investars may be the most detailed and thorough tool there was a feeling that the Thomson Extel Broker Voting Tool was the easiest to use. (March 2008)
